Arie was born in Poland and grew up in Israel. He received a degree in marine engineering from Technical School Mevuot Yam . He started his first manufacturing company in 1970. In 1977 he immigrated to United States. Two years later he opened R.A.Zweig. lnc, a machining facility specializing in complex parts for aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and power generation industries. He is also owner of several holding companies and real estate developer. Arie is a Life Member of the Republican Senatoriai Inner Circle., member of President‘s Cabinet of the American Israeli Affairs Committee (A|PAC), serves on the Board of the Chicago Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces (F|D|F) and is co-founder of Paderewski Symphony Orchestra (PASO).
He has been the recipient of numerous awards, including; The Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom, honored by FIDIF and presented with Yoni, Netanyahu Award at a celebration of the 60th anniversary of the independence of the State of Israel, awarded by Polish American Congress Millennium Business Award for promoting Polish/Illinois Business, received the Knight Cross of Order of Merit, from Polish President Alexander Kwasniewski and Silver Medal “Gloria Artis” for exceptional service to the Polish Culture and Arts and recently received Presidential Award 2012 from Polish American Association and the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit, awarded by Polish President Bronìslaw Komorowskì for outstanding merits in promotion of Polish culture, history, national tradition and activity for Polish Community.
Arie’s philanthropic activities are Well known and he is prominent contributor to Polish, Jewish and American communities. He promotes Polish culture and actively support Polish causes in the political arena. Arie is married to Wife Bozena and has four daughters and 11 grandchildren.
Lucas M. Fuksa
Lucas Fuksa is an attorney who engages in the practice of corporate law, construction law, business and real estate transactions, and commercial litigation. Lucas graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana and from the University of Illinois College of Law. After law school, Lucas started with the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, where he worked in the Tax and Legal Services division. He later joined the law firm of Franks, Gerkin & McKenna, P.C. applying his skills to a wide range of legal tasks. After obtaining sufficient experience and knowledge, Lucas co-founded the law firm of Fuksa Khorshid, LLC in late 2006, where he focuses his efforts on catering to the needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
Lucas is currently the President of the Polish American Chamber of Commerce and has already served in that position for a two-year term. Through the PACC, Lucas has been a part of many initiatives focused on promoting the interests of the Polish-American business community. He is also a member of the River North Business Association, and Polish American Contractors and Builders Association. He is fluent in both Polish and Spanish.

After his arrival to US in 1977 he founded Marion Restoration, a masonry restoration and conservation company. He changed national preservation standards with US Heritage Group founded by him in 1998. A year later Mario established Polana, an internet store supplying the Polish market with gourmet polish foods throughout the US. Mario is also a major investor and board member of Lime Technology and Stemia. He also supports many Polish organizations and a major funder of the Unity monument build in Warsaw.
Casey Chlebek brings a vast amount of leadership position experience with him to PAL-PAC. Some of his positions include; a 1-year stewardship as President of the Polish American Congress Illinois Division, and a 2-year stewardship over Joseph Conrad Yacht Club(JCYC) as the Club Commodore. He is also President and founder of both the PNA Lodge #3279 – Friends of JCYC and C&J Realty Management Inc. He is currently the Treasurer of the Chicago Yachting Association(CYA) since November 2011 and the CYA Chairman of the Membership and Retention Committee.

Michelle “Misia” was born, raised, and educated in the metro Chicago area. As a Polish-speaking, third generation Polish American, Misia has and continues to support all events and organizations that positively promote Polish American and Polish history, culture, and heritage.
As a practicing neonatal and obstetrical nurse, she spent eight years at Northwestern Prentice Woman’s Hospital and its Olsen Pavilion, followed by additional years as an obstetrical nurse in private practice.
Michelle has been a board member of the Polish American Association and is on the Board of Directors of The Polish Museum of America. She has been actively involved with the Dar Serca Fountain, the Kościuszko Foundation, and the American Institute of Polish Culture.
Michelle and her husband, Dr. Henry Kurzydlowski, are the proud parents of two sons and one daughter.
Kinga is a journalist and a public relations professional with 16 years of experience in executive communication, social media campaigns and press/TV presence.
For the past seven years, she has worked as the Editor and Chief for Polonia Magazine and television correspondent for TV Polonia as well as other various Polish media outlets in Chicago.
In the past, she worked as a producer and reporter in Poland and Los Angeles. She was hosted and produced TV shows for over 6 years for Polsat television. Her experience in Endemol Neovision as a producer of reality shows led her to Los Angeles, where she was continued her career for over the year.
Now working with VIP Advertising, she is cooperating with many local businesses and with key public figures in the Polish-American community.
Since January 2013, she has been working as an Executive Director of Pal-Pac. After almost a 10 month break, she now again holds the same position, where she is responsible for operations and public relations.
